Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a complete 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan update, including Executive Summary, and provide recommendations for priority investments. o Complete review and analysis of data provided including but not limited to new data, meeting minutes, interviews, and prior Con Plans. o Meet with the Community Development Program Manager and Director of Planning and Economic Development after public meetings to assess public input and identify key themes and strategies. o Make recommendations, as needed, for additional data to complete a quality Con Plan. Provide a draft of an updated Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. o Complete all data collection, interviews, etc. required for a complete and quality update of the town’s Analysis of Impediments. o Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and guidance related to an Analysis of Impediments. o Incorporate any staff comments and submit final version in Word and PDF.
