Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment and transportation services as needed to perform the contract in a safe and professional manner. Services rendered shall include, but not be limited to: regular and periodic patrol of premises; security of building and grounds; parking control and foot patrol, information and direction; safety inspection of building; activation and disarming alarm services, responding to alarms; on campus street traffic control; operation of video surveillance center; life safety and evacuation control; emergency medical support; issuance of college student ID’s and transportation passes; training and development of security related procedures specific to higher education; and conduct compliance reporting mandatory to higher education institutions.
