Description

Renovation of the existing ground floor computer lab in Colorado Hall on the Western Colorado University Campus. The remodel area is approximately 1,300 square feet. The Scope of Work will include general demolition, rough carpentry, structural modifications to existing steel construction, remodel of an existing restroom, interior partition and doors, new electrical power, data, and lighting, new floor finishes, interior painting, and window covers. Information Technology and AV design and final installation shall be performed by the Western Colorado University IT Department.
