Please meet in the alcove to the left of the front doors at precisely 8:30 a.m. to ensure everyone has the same access to the location. Due to the nature of the site, Contractors who fail to arrive at the pre-proposal conference prior to the starting time will not be offered the opportunity to walk-thru the site. A representative of the Contractor is encouraged to attend this conference and site visit in order to become familiar with the requirements and measurements for replacing the Indoor Field Turf. This will be the only time available to walk-thru the site; no other appointments will be scheduled. Any attempt to view the site outside of this date and time may deem your company non-responsive and ineligible to submit a proposal for this project.
