The TOWN will only accept proposals in bound hard copy format and does not accept proposals
submitted via fax, email, or other electronic means. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed package
with the following outside the envelope:

IFB Title
IFB Number
Due Date and Time
Package must include:
• One (1) Original Proposal, identified as “Original”
• One (1) Copy of Proposal on a CD-ROM – Include both original and public viewing version if
applicable
All Bids must be received and time and date recorded and verified at the Town Hall Front Desk by the
above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Bidder to see that their Bid is received on time
at the stated location(s). Any Bids received after due date and time will be returned to the Bidder. No
exceptions will be made.
