The Town of Frederick, Colorado is requesting sealed Bids for the James M. Crist Neighborhood Park Resurfacing Project. All sealed Bids are to be delivered to Frederick Town Hall (front desk) at 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530 by 2:00 p.m. local time on June 29, 2018; and clearly labeled “James M. Crist Neighborhood Park Resurfacing Project”. Bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The bid shall include pricing to furnish and install all labor and materials for site preparation activities including: 1) base preparation within existing play bay; and 2) installation of poured in place surface of at least 50% black color. The chosen contractor will be required to sign the Town’s Small Vendor Contract. Specifically, include all labor and materials for construction of the project as shown on the design drawings for a complete and functional project.
