Please submit ten (10) original hard copies and one (1) USB set (with the proposal response and the pricing spreadsheet on separate USBs) of your proposal response in a sealed box that is clearly marked with the Request for Proposal information listed above. Mail or hand-carry all proposals to the Town of Castle Rock, Finance Department, Attn: Christie Guthrie, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104, prior to the proposal opening date and time. Electronic and/or fax proposal responses will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to see that their proposal response is received on time. Proposals will not be considered which are received after the time stated, and any proposals so received will be returned unopened. If closure of the Town of Castle Rock buildings occurs on the proposal due date, proposals must then be delivered to the Finance Department on the following business day before 12 noon.
