Project Scope
SSPRD seeks a firm with experience in rebranding to work in close consultation with SSPRD’s staff to rebrand the organization, deliver an executable brand package and new logo. SSPRD’s mission and vision will remain the same.
The proposal will include an audit of the current brand positioning, audiences and attributes, as well as strategic brand planning. The selected firm will:
PHASE I
• Coordinate a process for both internal and external participation for the creation and adoption of a new brand/logo
• Communicate progress and meet regularly with staff
PHASE II
Using completed research and recommendations, the selected firm will produce the following project deliverables:
1. New logo
2. Positioning statement
3. Detailed new brand package and brand assets
4. New branding package standards and usage guide.
Identify the long term strategy SSPRD should adopt to ensure the District’s new brand identity is sustainable and assists in attracting and retaining users of our amenities.
Identify the short term strategy the District should adopt to communicate and deliver the change to its residents and customers.
It should identify the set of marketing tactics and tools to shift the perception of residents and customers to reflect the adopted new brand identity.
