Specifications include, but are not limited to: student enrollment patterns, academic, and financial data. The effort will be aimed at determining the specific behavior of subgroups of students (based on demographics, socioeconomic status, academic discipline, age, etc) and the environmental factors (employment, marital status, family responsibilities, etc) most likely impacting their enrollment behavior. FRCC data analysis activities will begin immediately upon contract execution for project year 2018-2019, and will be complete by September 30, 2019. A proposed assessment budget should not exceed $20,000 during this time. The contractor will perform the following duties: • Design and conduct quantitative data collection, analysis, and visualization methods for evaluation (e.g. surveys, data reports, program documentation); • Conduct regular meetings with the AVP of Enrollment Services and Student Support, the Assistant Director of Student Money Management, and the Title III Program Director to discuss the assessment project progress towards objectives. • Contribute insights into project improvements based on learnings from the assessment work.
