Specifications include, but are not limited to: We want a vendor who can provide full-service facilitation, development, and documentation of a state strategic plan for CTE that considers our unique landscape and opportunities over the next five-year period. This plan will help us ensure that we are providing our students access to quality CTE programs that are aligned with industry demand and that lead to high wage, high demand, and high skilled employment. The plan will also identify barriers and opportunities in our current systems. The strategic planning process should also help us meet the requirements for developing our State Plan required for compliance with the Strengthening Career and Technical Education in the 21st Century Act (SCTECA). Additionally, we want the vendor to develop templates for local grant recipients of the SCTECA funds to use to meet their local needs assessment process that must align with the state strategic plan.
