Specifications include, but are not limited to: Independent contractors with experience working across the state in training nonprofits and/or public agencies on how to improve the alignment of their theory of change, logic model and performance measures and be skilled at helping organizations develop realistic data collection systems and tools that yield high quality data for program improvement. In July of 2017, Serve Colorado was awarded grant funds to provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to its staff, AmeriCorps sub-grantees, and potential applicants in the areas of program design and evaluation readiness, including but not limited to data collection systems, data usage, and logic models. The overarching goal of the grant funded project is to improve the Commission’s capacity to design, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of our T/TA, to strengthen our sub-grantees’ ability to develop improved data collections systems, and to expand the outreach and T/TA we provide to potential grant applicants throughout the state.
