Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Review and Assessment of Baseline Work Review, and assess the information/data relating to the existing transportation system, the anticipated future development, trip generation, and needed transportation improvements. This should include review of Master Plans, Future Land Use Maps, Transportation system needs and cost estimates, and past impact fee development requirements. 2.Identification of Costs Attributable to Future Development Based on the review of the data provided and any new data required, determine the proportionate share of costs for transportation improvements attributable to new development. 3.Develop Recommended Impact Fees Prepare a recommended fee structure for Eagle County based on a measurable quantity directly proportionate to the impact of the new development (i.e. zoning, square footage, development type, trip generation, etc…). Make recommendations for collecting this fee with regards to timing and procedures. 4.Report Preparation Draft a report summarizing the Impact Fee Study and Recommendations including the data provided by Eagle County and any other data used to substantiate the fee. The final report shall be submitted electronically in PDF, and Microsoft Word/Excel Formats, along with any additional electronic maps, plans, presentations, and/or exhibits.
