Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The goals and purpose of this project to ensure all components of the existing security system, including the software for each, remain in critical working condition: 1. Avigilon IP Camera system 2. 64 AMAG Access card system 3. Aiphone Buzz in camera system B. Scope of Work 1. The Contractor shall perform two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits per year, at six month intervals, with one visit during the first quarter and the second visit during the third quarter of the year. These visits shall include: a. Check functionality of the video cameras, including cleaning lenses of exterior cameras and adjusting camera positioning as needed to maintain video coverage b. Check functionality of all door locks including adjusting lock hardware and strikes as needed to ensure proper door closure and communication c. Check control boxes and panels, including cable connections d. Check backup battery condition and replace if needed e. Perform software updates to keep the system current and compatible with computers, servers, and software operating systems 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for the functionality of the camera system a. Fourteen (14) Indoor Avigilon IP Analytic cameras b. Four (4) Indoor Avigilon IP Dome cameras c. Fifteen (15) Outdoor Avigilon IP Analytic cameras d. One (1) Outdoor Dome housing three (3) IP Analytic cameras 3. The Contractor shall inspect all components of the access card system a. 64 AMAG door card readers, control panels and Symmetry software b. Install, replace or repair locks c. Provide supplies such as access cards, printers and printer ribbons 4. The Contractor shall inspect the Aiphone buzz in camera system a. Exterior camera/microphone box b. Interior control box c. Cabling from exterior box to interior box d. Maintain software for system 5. The Contractor shall complete any upgrades or installations needed by the Laboratory a. Exact or updated versions of the equipment shall be used b. Replace associated components such as cabling and control boxes 1. A vendor approved sub-contractor may be used 6. In the event of an emergency, the Contractor shall: a. Provide on-site response within twenty-four (24) hours of notification by CDPHE. b. Provide permanent replacement parts within seventy-two (72) hours of service call. c. Provide an emergency contact person available at all times, including 24/7 phone number and email site 7. The Contractor shall keep CDPHE laboratory in full compliance of federally mandated guidelines of Select Agent Program for cybersecurity.
