Specifications include, but are not limited to: The East Lynwood Ave Stormwater design Project, currently has corrugated metal pipe (CMP), assumed to be the original pipes that were installed, when the subdivision was constructed in the 90’s. There are a series of stormdrains in the Springpoint subdivision, however, there is standing water in the stormdrain system, and assumed stormdrain failures for the subdivision. The design improvements will resolve the backflow of water from the B ½ Road Drain into the stormdrain system, evaluate if the pipes can be lined and salvaged, or if full replacement is required. The project will include, a drainage report, evaluation with a cost estimate for each, verification and staking the Right-of-way (ROW), survey of the project area, engineering design, obtaining necessary ROE forms, and necessary construction documents.
