Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mobile Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), Cameras, & Accessory Equipment Overview 1. Vendor should have a proven track record along with an established local client base in the school bus applications and student transportation industry for additional technical support outside of the DVR Vendor. 2. Vendor should provide technical assistance and training during first few weeks of operation. 3. Vendor should offer a minimum Warranty period of 3 years to cover the Mobile Digital Video Recorder and related equipment. 4. Vendor should offer trade in and upgrade options as equipment ages and new equipment becomes available. 5. Vendor should offer a standardized new installation kit that includes the DVR with power cabling, Event Marker with cabling, 4 or more Cameras with cabling, Wi-Fi Antenna with cabling, and Vehicle Sensor input cable. 6. Vendor should offer Computer Servers for downloaded video storage that can be integrated with the Denver Public Schools network as well as the 802.1x PEAP 5GHz wireless network.
