Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant will: • Maintain integrity in relationship roles and communication with college staff and business client • Ensure professionalism and quality in providing clear and accurate data for project progress reports, benchmarking, and other documentation and tracking as needed • Provide input to college staff on the design, development, and implementation of services • Participate in and support sales calls as needed • Participate in meetings as needed with college staff and with business client(s) to discuss client service strategies • Coordinate details of trainings, calculate budgets, visit and reserve venues, secure trainers • Oversee contracts • Manage training timelines and ensure deadlines are met Project Manager/Consultant criteria • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Demonstrated significant individual experience providing project management and hands-on consulting • Proven communication, customer service, and negotiation skills • Experience with Higher Education and Workforce Development projects
