RFP-KV-144588 - Wolf Ranch Pump Station Construction Manager/General Contractor Services

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a CONTRACTOR to provide Construction Manager General Contractor during pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction and delivery of the Wolf Ranch Pump Station Project (WRPS). WRPS is a developer driven project on the North-East side of Colorado Springs intended to provide water for future development. The project is being designed with the intent of having a fully operational pump station by August of 2019. Utilizing a CM/GC a CM/GC approach after the 60% design phase, working collaboratively to accomplish project operational completion by August 2019.
