The Department of Facilities, Fleet, and Emergency Support Services of Douglas County, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible, licensed, and highly-qualified firms for the removal and disposal of the existing Carrier 30-ton Rooftop Unit (RTU) (265 MBH) and the procurement and installation of one (1) new (not previously installed) 30-ton Rooftop Unit (DX Cooling, 265 MBH Gas-Fired Heating) at the Wilcox Building located at 301 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.

THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL ALLOW ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW THE WORK SITE LOCATION AND DISCUSS THE PROJECT DETAILS. THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BEGIN JUST OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOORS OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE WILCOX BUILDING (FACING WILCOX STREET) 301 WILCOX STREET, CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO 80104. ONLY THOSE PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ATTENDING THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A BID ON THIS PROJECT.
