Description

The City of Westminster, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the City, is soliciting interested and qualified consulting firms (Consultants) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional Owner’s Representative services for the planning, design and construction of the new Westminster Municipal Courthouse. This procurement will be completed in two phases; the qualifying phase (RFQ) and the proposal solicitation phase (RFP).

RFQ: Evaluate qualifications from Consultants to create a shortlist of no more than three (3) top qualified Consultants.
RFP: Request proposals from shortlist of Consultants for final evaluation, interview and selection.
