The objective of the Water Technology Master Plan (WTechMP) is to establish the technology demands, capacity, and resource needs to meet demands over the next five (5) years for Aurora Water technology users. A review of current processes, resources, and technology are necessary in order to develop this road map. The WTechMP must include a future technology and technology product roadmap, project prioritization processes, master technology project implementation schedule, governance framework, program management processes, resource and organization structure recommendations to support the implementation of the plan.
