Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to develop a Shortlist of Water Resources/Water Rights Engineering consultants to provide Broomfield with technical expertise to support management, protection, and acquisition of potable and non-potable water resources. The scope of services will focus on water resources and water rights engineering services, including but not limited to, participating in water court proceedings for due diligence cases, statements of opposition, and water court applications; preparing and reviewing expert witness reports; and providing water resources planning, accounting development, and acquisition diligence.
