All CDOT Bid Submissions must be downloaded on the CDOT Supplier Portal @
www.codot.gov/business/procurement-and-contract-services

In response to the COVID 19 emergency, all CDOT Procurement staff will be working remotely. 
In order to ensure continuity of operations, all bid responses will be opened after the specified closing date and time on the SuSS Portal from a remote location and not at CDOT Headquarters. 

As per Colorado statute, all bid responses will be reviewed to ensure they meet the requirements and criteria of the solicitation, and the response is both responsive and responsible prior to being awarded.
