Contractor will design and build office space. Included in proposal is: 2 new interior offices, new floor coverings, patch and paint new and existing walls and ceilings, upgrade electrical as required, including new lights and fans, remodel existing bathroom, new heating system, demo plaster walls exposing brick finish, gas fire place, new doors and trims, price shall include low-voltage wiring for five (5) network locations, consisting of two CAT6 wires per location. Also shall include one line to the alley for head end communications. Install new exterior sign, and upgrade exterior curb appeal. Provide cost estimate proposals of work and schedule subcontractors to perform all contract work. Estimate, design and finalize prioritized work not to exceed base bid.
Statewide
