Bid Schedule A – Roadway Widening and Utility Infrastructure - includes removal of
existing items, erosion control, grading, storm sewer, subgrade preparation, pavement
widening, traffic signal installation, signing and striping, and other miscellaneous items.
Bid Schedule B – Mill and Overlay - includes asphalt planning, HMA overlay, manhole
and valve adjustment, additional signage and striping, and additional traffic control
associated with Mill and Overlay.
