Town of Snowmass Village is seeking a contractor for Roofing Replacement at the Villas North employee housing development in the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado.

Villas North is a housing project in Town of Snowmass Village owned and operated by the Town of Snowmass Village Housing Department. The complex consists of four three-story buildings located in a semi-circle along Snowmass Club Circle at 100, 200, 300 and 400. All four buildings are fully occupied year-round. The buildings were constructed in 1983 and are scheduled for a roof replacement.
