A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 7, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Adams County Detention Facility, 150 N. 19th Ave., Brighton, Colorado, 80601. Any prime or sub-contractor to a prime who will potentially install cable or electrical wiring is required to have a technical representative at the mandatory pre-proposal conference. A majority of the wiring for this project will run under the jail facility and may require additional core drills, so attendees wishing to actually visit this crawlspace area should come prepared to do so. Contractors shall arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the pre-bid for the check-in process, please bring a photo ID to the pre-proposal. Those arriving late will not be accepted into the facility.
