Description

Colorado Springs Utilities ("Utilities") is seeking a Vendor Management System (“VMS”) technology solution that offers the ability to distribute job requirements to staffing companies in order for those staffing companies to source, recruit, screen, and present qualified personnel to be placed into temporary agency labor assignments with Utilities. In order to maintain vendor neutrality, Utilities will not consider using the selected VMS provider for any staffing or contingent workforce services in addition to the VMS services provided under this SOW. Utilities intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract for the delivery of an end-to-end technology solution.
