Description

The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Utility Engineering and Design “As Needed” Services. The City intends to retain multiple qualified firms to provide services on an on-call, as needed basis up to the end of 2018 with the option to extend the agreement in three (3) year periods thereafter. The City does not guarantee any number of projects or compensation to be awarded under this RFQ.
