The City of Brighton, Colorado (City) requires the services of qualified consulting firms to provide General Engineering and Design services. These include but are not limited to design services, oversight services, permitting assistance, bid and proposal development, transportation services, and other miscellaneous services as needed.
Firms are asked to only submit qualifications for the categories in which they are proficient and experienced. The City requests that firms only apply for categories for which they are qualified, as submitting for multiple categories will not increase or decrease the chance of being selected for any one category. The City will review and rank each category on its own merit. Upon selection of the most qualified firms, and approval by the City Manager, the City will negotiate a contract with the selected firms to provide professional services.
The City intends to retain multiple qualified firms to provide services up to the end of 2020 and may offer annually to extend this Agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms provided Professional has performed the with the option to extend the agreement. The City does not guarantee any number of projects or compensation to be awarded under this RFP.
