There is an existing 18” storm water pipe that discharges into a drainage way adjacent to an existing water blow-off valve and vault on a 16” water transmission line that runs north and south within an easement just south of Plymouth Drive and east of Aurora Parkway. The storm discharge has silted in the blow-off and it is not operable in this current condition. A trickle channel will be constructed to channel the storm discharge around the blow-off to make it accessible and operable.
