Denver Water is seeking proposals from qualified service providers, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, for tree trimming and tree removal services for the Board’s facilities in the Denver Metropolitan Area, as well as the High Line Canal (“HLC”). Work may be requested on Board property and easements, which may include street and utility rights-of-way, ditches and other Board properties.

1. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Site Walk will be conducted on the date(s) and time(s) specified on the Schedule of Events.
2. Proposers must RSVP via email to the Contract Specialist before the deadline specified in the SCHEDULE OF EVENTS to be eligible to attend the Pre-Proposal Event. Late RSVPs and submittals will not be accepted. Proposers that fail to meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate in the Pre-Proposal Event.
3. Contract Specialist will confirm Proposer attendance by e-mail and will provide location and/or conference call details for the Pre-Proposal Event after all of the submittal requirements listed above are met.

Proposer must submit one (1) Proposal on flash drive (digital/electronic format), marked ‘ORIGINAL’. In addition, Proposer must submit one (1) second version of their Proposal, which clearly designates any pages or sections of the Proposal that the Proposer deems confidential or proprietary, and must save it as a separate file on the same flash drive, marked “Redacted Original”.

Proposals shall be provided to Denver Water either in a sealed envelope or box, labeled with the RFP number and name, and addressed as indicated below. Denver Water will not be responsible for any Proposal not addressed as indicated below.

Proposals may be mailed or hand-delivered.
