The Town of Parker is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to furnish Traffic Signal Poles for the Canterberry Parkway and Idyllwilde Drive Intersection per the specifications outlined in this solicitation.
The Town shall select a Vendor deemed to be the most responsive, responsible Vendor whose bid meets or exceeds the requirements and criteria set forth in this solicitation.
The Town will be the sole judge in determining the acceptability of an offer and reserves the right to award the bid in the best interest of the Town of Parker. Any bid awarded from this solicitation shall be subject to specification verification.
The successful Vendor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and delivery of the products outlined in this Solicitation.
