The Service Provider shall transfer selected artwork designs into digital images and print on high quality vinyl wraps to be installed on thirty (30) pre-selected traffic box cabinets located throughout the City of Thornton's four (4) quadrants. Each vinyl wrap design shall be a continious flow to cover one (1) traffic box cabinet on all exterior sides.
