Description

The Town of Estes Park is seeking content development, design and printing services for an Annual Report distributed in the first quarter of 2018.

Working with the Town’s Public Information Officer, the successful vendor will be responsible for content development, design, printing and mailing of an Annual Report for the Town of Estes Park. The report will provide an engaging, updated look to the Town’s annual State of the Town newsletter, highlighting key data, services and success stories in an easy-to-follow format for an audience of community members and partners. The report will include an introductory letter from the Mayor. An interactive, online (or PDF) version will be used on the website and in other electronic communications. This job includes working with the local post office to complete a saturation mailing for the Estes Valley. Postage will be paid separately, by the Town.
