Description

The Town of Parker is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to submit proposals to provide all team sports photography services for the Town of Parker Parks and Recreation Youth Sports Division (Sports Division).

It is expected that the Vendor and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are licensed professionals. The successful Vendor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation.

The successful Vendor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, labor, transportation, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other incidentals necessary for performance and completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation.
