El Paso County (County) intends to award a sole source contract to The Resource Exchange (TRE) in the estimated amount of $86,790.00 for a 12-month period for an on-site specialist assigned to the Department of Human Services (Department) to provide support services for individuals between 18-21 years of age with intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD) transitioning from Child Welfare System to Adult Services. The initial contract period will be January 1, 2018 until December 31, 2018 with four (4) one-year renewal options.
