Castle Rock Water is looking for a consultant to develop a water supply-demand forecasting model for our Water Resources group. We prefer a model developed from an "off-the-shelf" software package, able to be customized to CRW's portfolio, with the ability to be utilized and modified by our Water Resources group as additional supplies are investigated or added to our portfolio, and as demands evolve in the coming years.
 
Additionally, our preference is that the model would contain the following features :
1.   Flexibility in supply source, timing, and volume;

1. Monte Carlo simulation;
2. A non-technical user interface, preferably with the ability to test variables such as population growth and per capita use;
3. Integration of the uncertainty of WISE flows, considering complex maximum and minimum delivery schedules, and considering CRW obligations to convey water to outside entities in dry years (i.e., no WISE deliveries will be received);
4. Distinction between residential, commercial, and agricultural SFEs;
5. Potential to include live data such as SCADA, precipitation, streamflow, water right calls and weather .
