The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 8866 Suniga Road Improvements. The Work includes a new 4-Lane Arterial Road from College Avenue to Blondel Street with curb and gutter, median and sidewalks. The project also includes median landscaping & irrigation added to the existing Suniga Road from Blondel to Redwood. Finally, new waterline within the street and new storm pipes and inlets on the north and south sides of the new street are required. The new inlets and pipes shown on the roadway plans tie into the existing North East College Corridor Outfall (NECCO) storm system in Suniga Road
