PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sand Creek Conference Room, 15151 East Alameda Parkway, Aurora, CO 80012. The Sand Creek Conference Room is located on the 4th floor at the south end of the hallway on the righthand side. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to prospective contractors in the interpretation of the Invitation to Bid document, Scope of Services, Sample Service Agreement, and other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. Specific requirements are contained in the attached Scope of Services.
