Bid bond is required for all bids over $50,000. Do not submit Labor & Materials or Performance Bonds with your bid. If awarded the project, these bonds will be required at the time of contracting.

All questions will be addressed in an addendum, which is anticipated to be posted by close of business on January 24, 2018. All addenda posted for this project must be acknowledged on the bid form.
