Description

This project is for the removal of the existing and installation of a new Storm Water Cover over 8.4 acres of the Pitkin County Solid Waste Center. The cover will consist of flexible High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) membrane with scrim reinforcement. This cover will be anchored along the perimeter with an anchor trench and infield with mechanical anchors driven into the existing soil cover.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The county is requiring a 2 year warranty on all completed work relating to the storm cover. If any warranty repair work is completed within that 2 year period, the area of repair shall be warrantied for an additional 2 years.
