Johnson Architectural, pages 8-11 and Spring Valley Makerspace Project Specifications prepared by
Jeff Johnson Architectural and dated May 23, 2018.
Contractor must be licensed and insured in the State of Colorado to perform the work described herein.
Secure and provide the necessary State Electrical permits to perform the work described herein.
Provide all labor and materials as required to demolish, remove and disposal of all existing electrical
equipment and accessories currently in the building that are not intended for re-use based on the
attached plans. This includes but is not limited to all existing light fixtures, their lamps and ballasts,
the waist high wire mold that encircles the building and any other decommissioned equipment that may interfere with the proper installation or function of the new walls, framing or other electrical
equipment.
All disposal of electrical equipment shall be done in compliance with all local, state and federal laws,
statutes and rules and regulations.
Where practical, reuse of existing conduits, services etc. is acceptable.
Provide all labor and materials as required to perform the work described in the attached plans as
reflected on pages 8 - 11.
Note: CMC has sixteen (16) of the A type light fixture that are intended for reuse.
A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled to examine existing building conditions.
TIMELINE
Work to being upon award and be completed by July 20, 2018.
