Colorado State University (CSU) is soliciting bids from Civil Contractors for the South Campus
Infrastructure project. The project consists of roadway and utility infrastructure on the north
side of CSU’s South Campus to support the Johnson Family Equine Hospital project and CSU
service buildings. The Infrastructure will run prior to and concurrent with the Hospital
construction. Included in the scope is demolition of existing buildings and accessory
structures, erosion control, roadway and site grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and storm
structures, chilled water, and associated paving and site improvements.
