Grand Junction Housing Authority is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide Site Work, Concrete and Asphalt, including removal of existing Asphalt/Concrete Pavements, existing Walk; Reconditioning subgrade; Concrete Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk and Drainage Pan; Asphalt/Concrete Pavement and signage at Nellie Bechtel, a 96-unit apartment complex. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Proposers prior to submission of proposals. Proposers may submit a bid for the entire scope of work or for an individual discipline (site work, concrete, asphalt) at Proposer’s discretion.
