CCCS IFB 20-014 - Security Systems Phases 1 & 2

During the solicitation process for this IFB, all official communication between CCCS’s Purchasing Office and Vendors will be via postings on ColoradoVSS. CCCS will post notices that will include, but are not limited to, modifications to administrative or performance requirements, answers to inquiries received, clarifications to requirements, and the announcement of the apparent awarded Offeror. It is incumbent upon Vendors to monitor the ColoradoVSS carefully and regularly for any such postings.

The project includes campus-wide upgrades and additions to the Colorado Community College System Lowry Campus physical security systems, and consist of scope within thirteen (13) facilities on the campus. Physical and electronic security system improvements are inclusive of doors and door hardware, security systems software, video surveillance components, access control components, and intrusion and duress alarm systems. The electronic security systems shall be provided complete and turn-key, including all necessary wiring, cable pathways, terminations, programming, commissioning, owner training, and project closeout documentation. Improvements to door openings include replacement of door hardware and adjusting or repairing existing door hardware as identified in the bidding documents.
