CCCS RFQ 18-0031 - Security System Upgrades

Selected firm will evaluate the physical security systems of the entire campus and provide recommendations for system upgrades. This would include recommendations for upgrades of current video surveillance system, electronic access systems, emergency notification systems, and other physical security barriers. Phases one of three is primarily the evaluation and recommendation phase with some implementation or most important measures. If funded, phases two and three would be further implementation of needed measures. Professional services will include survey and evaluations of existing conditions, presentation of recommendations, development of specifications and bid documents, and construction administration.
 
Minimum Requirements for this project include a license to practice Architecture or Engineering in Colorado, and completion of projects of similar scope and complexity and experience with Higher Education projects.

CCCS is a Colorado State agency and utilizes the State eProcurement website known as Colorado VSS (www.Colorado.gov/vss) as the official means of communication.  Awarded vendor will be required to register with ColoradoVSS.
