Description

Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel Parking Lot Resurfacing. 9808 Sunningdale Boulevard, Lone Tree, CO.

This project consists of approximately 6,000 square yards of asphalt parking lot milling at a 2” depth with 2” compacted replacement and addresses nearly 1,000 square yards of full depth subgrade replacement with full depth (6”) asphalt parking lot replacement. In addition, there is an area of existing paved entry road, where we will be placing a landscaped island. This island will require the contractor to cut the existing asphalt, place approximately 120 linear feet of 18” curb and gutter as well as coordinate irrigation sleeving installations for future landscape work.

Major Trails Replacement and Repair District wide:

This project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 8,500 sf feet of Concrete Trail. Staff will identify these areas and group large sections to be replaced in a contiguous manner.

Little Dry Creek Park Resurfacing and Repair:

This project consists of milling approximately 2,500 linear feet of 9 foot wide asphalt trail up to a 2” depth with compacted replacement of asphalt, within Little Dry Creek Park.

4. Add alternate bid for 1,000 linear feet of utillity sleeving in the Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel parking area. Utilizing 6" well casing or a comperable sleeving installed with 18" of compacted native cover.
