The City of Boulder Community Development Block Grant Program and Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence (SPAN), the domestic violence non-profit serving Boulder, are offering the unique opportunity for a qualified team to design and build a renovation for SPAN's Emergency Shelter for survivors and their children. The City seeks a team under a single, responsible lead entity, which includes design and construction, the “Design Build Team.” The City intends to issue one contract to the selected Offeror for the entire scope of work.
