Description

The City of Lakewood, Department of Community Resources is requesting proposals from qualified roofing consultants to work with the City on variety of roofing systems. Work will include roof condition assessment, preparing specifications and documents for formal bid process, project management for repairs and/or replacement of roof systems and components specfically for EPDM, TPO and metal roofing systems for City facilities. The City desires to begin work on identified roofs by the end of November and proceed into 2018 until all identified roofs are completed.
