The City of Brighton by and thorough its Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Bids from qualified Contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the Roof Replacement Services at the City’s Main Street Creatives Building and Wastewater Treatment Plant as stated in the Technical Specifications of the Invitation to Bid. Both roofs have exceeded their life expectancy, are costly to repair and lack adequate insulation value.
The existing roof on the Main Street Creatives building, located at 36 South Main Street, was installed in 1987 and the existing roof on the Wastewater treatment administration building, located at 325 North Kuner Road, was installed in 1985.
